Key Responsibilities:
- Handle technical queries and resolve client issues.
- Troubleshoot software, system, and network problems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for escalations.
- Maintain logs and prepare basic technical reports.
Required Skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiar with ticketing tools and remote support.
- Advanced SQL & Excel is Mandatory.
