Desired Candidate Profile:
- MERN developer needs to have a strong understanding of core JavaScript concepts such as data types, functions, and object-oriented programming.
- A MERN developer should have a good understanding of MongoDB, including how to create, read, update, and delete documents.
- MERN developers should be proficient in using Express.js to create APIs and handle HTTP requests and responses.
- A MERN developer should have a strong understanding of React.js concepts such as components, state, and props.
- A MERN developer should have a good understanding of Node.js, including how to use it to build scalable server-side applications.
- Git is a version control system used to manage code changes. A MERN developer should be proficient in using Git to manage code changes, collaborate with other developers, and maintain code quality.
- Agile development is a methodology used in software development to prioritize customer satisfaction, continuous delivery, and collaboration. A MERN developer should have an understanding of Agile development principles and practices, including how to work in an Agile team and how to use Agile tools such as Scrum and Kanban.
