Senior HR Executive

Job Summary:

You will play a key role in supporting the human resources functions of the organization. You will be responsible for various HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, attendance management and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
  2. Head Hunting of Key Personnel
  3. Liaise with Recruitment Agencies
  4. Issue of LOI, LOA, LOC & NDA to new joinees
  5. Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation sessions to ensure smooth onboarding and integration into the organization.

2. Employee Relations:

  1. Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
  2. Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.

3. Performance Management:

  1. Support the performance management process by assisting in goal setting, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback to employees and managers.
  2. Collaborate with managers to identify performance improvement opportunities and develop action plans as necessary.
  3. Issue of Increment/ Promotion Letters

4. HR Administration:

  1. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  2. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.

5. Attendance Management

  1. Daily Attendance check
  2. Compiling from Attendance software
  3. Sharing with Accounts for Payroll management
  4. Keeping track of Leave Records, Comp Off etc

6. Organise Team Build activities once a quarter

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in HR, preferably in the IT industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
  4.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  7. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
