Savex technologies Pvt. Ltd. is the 3rd largest Information and Communication technology Distributor with 107 Sales Offices catering to over 750 towns and Cities using 42 Stock Points: They currently bill to over 42000 business customers across India.

Challenges:

  • In one of the business segments (Smart Watches) which is a fast moving category, for them to have the business pulse on a real time basis is a big challenge. While their ERP provides visibility of the sales trend to Distributors, the last mile tertiary sales visibility was always a maze.
  • They were seeking data points of the tertiary sales and mapping the same to the primary sales on one side and on the other side helping the sales Channel know what their sales look like from an achievement perspective on a real time basis.

 

What Nural Did?

Nural offered their Nural SFA solution for managing the FOS ( Feet on Street) retail sales. The solution offered also helped track the Retailer sales trend and target vs achievement.

Savex is happy with this solution and sees the value that it brings on the table and now wants to expand the same to also take on order management of Retailers to Distributors.
